China visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign China visa application, prepared by our system under your account.
Passport: Original passport with at least one blank visa page and valid for at least 6 months.
Passport-type photograph: 1
Itinerary. Documents showing the itinerary including air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of a hotel reservation, etc.
Hotel Reservation. Itinerary and hotel reservation, or invitation letter.
An invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China. The invitation letter should contain:
Information of the applicant, including full name, gender, date of birth and etc.
• Information of the planned visit, including the purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures.
• Information of the inviting entity or individual, including name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, the signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual.
The invitation letter may be in the form of fax, photocopy or computer printout, but the applicants should bear all the responsibilities aroused and the original invitation letter should also be submitted if requested by consular officers.
Additional materials and interview.
Other supplementary materials should be provided or an interview should be accepted if requested by consular officers.
Consular officers decide.
Consular officers are authorized to decide whether or not to issue a visa and its validity, duration of stay and number of entries.
Double and Multiple entries applicants.
• Double Entry Applicants: A travel itinerary showing 2 entries or Explanation as to why double entry visa is required on either a letter addressed to the Consulate or noted in question 3.7 of the Chinese application form – i.e will do 2 day tips to Shenzhen from Hong Kong etc.
• Multiple Entry Applicants: 6 month and 12 month multiple entry visas are issued at the discretion of the consulate. You will be required to supply a cover letter addressed to the Consulate explaining why a multiple entry visa is required. This letter must include:
• The applicants name
• The purpose of visit
• Number of entries
• Dates of entry and exit.
Previous Chinese citizens
When applying for the Chinese visa with a new passport, the applicant who used to be of Chinese citizenship should submit the original and a copy of data page of the last Chinese passport, or a copy of previous Chinese visa on the previous foreign passport.
If the name on the current passport differs from that on the previous passport, an official document of name change should also be submitted
